Privacy Policy

Last Updated: July 23, 2026

Takeover Leads LLC, a Michigan limited liability company operating under the assumed name Life Coverage HQ ("Life Coverage HQ," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you visit lifecoveragehq.com, submit a request for life insurance information, communicate with us, or otherwise use our services.

Life Coverage HQ is a lead-generation and referral service. We are not an insurance company, insurance carrier, or insurance agency, and we do not underwrite, issue, bind, or guarantee insurance coverage. We connect consumers who request information with licensed insurance agents and agencies.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through our website, forms, text messages, emails, telephone interactions, advertising campaigns, consent-documentation tools, and related services. It does not govern the independent privacy practices of licensed insurance agents, agencies, insurance carriers, or third-party websites.

2. Information We Collect

A. Information you provide We may collect:

- Your name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, and state of residence;

- Age, date of birth, coverage preferences, desired coverage amount, and other information relevant to your request;

- Information you enter into website forms or provide through email, text, or telephone communications;

- Health-related information, tobacco-use information, medication information, or other sensitive information, but only if the form or interaction specifically requests it;

- Records of your communications preferences, consents, opt-outs, and privacy requests; and

- Any other information you choose to provide.

B. Information collected automatically We and our service providers may automatically collect:

- Internet Protocol address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and approximate location;

- Advertising source, campaign, keyword, and conversion information;

- Cookies, pixels, tags, local storage identifiers, and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and similar measurement tools;

- Date and time of visits and form submissions; and

- Consent records, including the disclosure shown, checkbox state, phone number entered, page URL, timestamp, IP address, form version, and the associated TrustedForm consent certificate.

C. Information from third parties We may receive information from advertising platforms, analytics providers, consent-certification vendors, website hosts, customer relationship management providers, communications vendors, and licensed insurance partners.

3. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

- Respond to your request for life insurance information;

- Match or connect you with a licensed insurance agent or agency;

- Send confirmation messages and facilitate follow-up calls, texts, and emails that you authorized;

- Verify, document, and manage consent and communication preferences;

- Operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our website and services;

- Measure advertising performance and understand how visitors use the site;

- Prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and unlawful activity;

- Comply with legal, regulatory, licensing, recordkeeping, and contractual obligations;

- Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; and

- Evaluate or complete a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

4. How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients:

A. Licensed insurance partners We may provide information to the licensed insurance agents and agencies specifically identified on our Marketing Partners page at the time you submit your request. These partners may use the information to respond to your request, contact you as you authorized, evaluate your insurance needs, and discuss insurance products that may be available to you. A partner added after your submission is not authorized by the original submission merely because the partner later appears on the page. We maintain versioned records of the partner list associated with each submission.

B. Service providers We may disclose information to vendors that perform services for us, including website hosting, form processing, customer relationship management, text and email delivery, call routing, consent certification, analytics, advertising measurement, fraud prevention, security, and professional services. These providers may process information only for the services they provide to us, subject to their contracts and applicable law.

C. Advertising and analytics providers We disclose device, browsing, and conversion data to advertising and analytics platforms — including Meta and Google — to measure our advertising, understand website use, and optimize ad delivery. Depending on your state, these disclosures may be considered "sharing" or disclosure for targeted advertising. You may opt out as described in Sections 5 and 7 and on our Your Privacy Choices page.

D. Legal and safety disclosures We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is required by law, legal process, court order, regulatory request, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of consumers, Life Coverage HQ, our partners, or others.

E. Business transfers Information may be disclosed in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, acquisition, bankruptcy, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law.

5. Sale and Sharing of Personal Data

Our business involves connecting consumers with licensed insurance professionals. Depending on the arrangement, providing lead information to a licensed insurance partner may be considered a "sale," and our use of advertising pixels may be considered "sharing" or disclosure for targeted advertising, under certain state privacy laws — even when the disclosure is made to fulfill your request.

You may use the Your Privacy Choices link in our footer or contact us to request that we stop selling or sharing your personal data, subject to exceptions permitted by law. A request to opt out of sale or targeted advertising does not necessarily prevent us from providing information to a partner when that disclosure is necessary to complete a service you specifically requested and is otherwise permitted by law.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers we know to be under 18 years of age.

6. Calls, Text Messages, and Email

When you provide the required consent, Life Coverage HQ and the licensed insurance agents and agencies identified in the consent may contact you at the telephone number and email address you provide, including by call, text message, or email. Communications may use automated technology and prerecorded, artificial, or AI-generated voice messages as described in the consent shown at submission. See our SMS Terms for text-message program details.

You may revoke consent or ask us to stop by:

- Replying STOP to a text message;

- Telling the caller that you do not want further calls;

- Calling (833) 892-5319;

- Emailing [email protected];

- Submitting a request through our Your Privacy Choices page; or

- Using another reasonable method that clearly communicates your request.

- We honor revocations promptly and within the time required by applicable law. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, scripts, and similar technologies to operate and secure our website, process forms, prevent fraud, document consent, understand website performance, and measure advertising.

These technologies include:

- Website-hosting and security technologies;

- Google reCAPTCHA or similar fraud-prevention tools;

- TrustedForm, a consent-certification service that records your interaction with our forms — including the page displayed, the disclosures shown, your checkbox selections, and the time of submission — solely to document your consent;

- Customer relationship management and form-processing technologies;

- Analytics services, including Google Analytics; and

- Advertising measurement technologies, including the Meta Pixel.

We do not use general-purpose session-replay or screen-recording analytics tools beyond the TrustedForm consent documentation described above, and we do not intentionally transmit health-related information, medication information, or your detailed insurance-request answers to advertising platforms.

You may opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information associated with advertising technologies through our Your Privacy Choices page or by transmitting a recognized opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control (see Section 9). You may also block or delete cookies using your browser settings, although doing so may affect the functionality of the website or quote-request form.

8. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on your state and our legal obligations, you may have the right to:

- Confirm whether we process your personal data;

- Access personal data we maintain about you;

- Correct inaccurate personal data;

- Delete personal data;

- Obtain a portable copy of personal data;

- Opt out of the sale of personal data, targeted advertising, or certain profiling;

- Limit the use or disclosure of sensitive personal information;

- Withdraw consent to the processing of sensitive personal data;

- Appeal our decision regarding a privacy request; and

- Receive equal service without unlawful discrimination for exercising privacy rights.

To submit a request, use our Your Privacy Choices page or email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Appeal."

9. Global Privacy Control and Browser Signals

Where legally required, we will treat a recognized universal opt-out signal, such as Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out of sale or targeted advertising for the browser or device transmitting the signal. We may request additional information if needed to apply the preference to an account or offline data.

10. State-Specific Disclosures

California residents may exercise the rights in Section 8 — including the right to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, and limit the use of sensitive personal information — through our Your Privacy Choices page, by email, or by phone at (833) 892-5319. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes requiring a right to limit beyond those permitted by law. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.

Nevada residents may submit a request directing us not to sell certain covered information by using our Your Privacy Choices page or emailing [email protected].

Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other states with appeal rights may appeal a refusal to act on a request as described in Section 8. If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state Attorney General.

Where your state provides rights not listed here, we will honor them as required by applicable law.

11. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to fulfill requests, manage communication preferences, maintain consent and suppression records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with law. As a default operational rule:

Consent records, TrustedForm certificates, form versions, partner-list versions, and lead-delivery records are retained for at least five years after the last communication, or longer if counsel recommends;

Company-specific do-not-call and opt-out records are retained for at least five years; and

Other personal information is deleted or deidentified when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to legal holds and lawful retention requirements.

12. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Do not submit highly sensitive information through an unsecured channel unless specifically requested and appropriately protected.

13. Children

Our services are intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child provided information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.

14. SMS Opt-In and Mobile Information

Mobile information collected through our SMS program is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information collected for SMS purposes will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

Separately, and only where you have provided express written consent on our request forms, the contact information you submit — including your telephone number — may be shared with the licensed insurance agents and agencies identified on our Marketing Partners page so that they may respond to your request for life insurance information. That sharing is governed by the consent you provide at the time of submission and is not part of our SMS program.

Information may also be shared with service providers who support our operations, and as required by law.

15. Third-Party Services

Licensed insurance partners and other third parties have their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for a third party's independent handling of information after it lawfully receives the information. Review the third party's privacy notice before providing additional information.

16. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date will identify the current version. Material changes may be communicated through the website or by another appropriate method.
