What Happens After You Submit a Request?

We will review your request and may contact you for additional information reasonably necessary to verify your identity, locate your records, or understand your request.

We will respond within the period required by applicable law. If a legal privacy right does not apply to your situation, we may still choose to honor the request voluntarily when reasonably possible.

For security reasons, we will not provide personal information unless we can reasonably verify that the request came from the consumer to whom the information relates or an authorized representative.

We will not discriminate against you for submitting a privacy request.

Important Information About Deletion Requests

A deletion request may not result in the deletion of every record.

We may retain limited information when reasonably necessary to:

- Honor your request not to receive future calls, texts, or emails;

- Maintain do-not-call and suppression records;

- Document communications consent or its revocation;

- Prevent fraud or misuse;

- Comply with legal, regulatory, accounting, or recordkeeping obligations;

- Resolve disputes; or

- Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Information retained for these purposes will not be used to continue marketing to you.

Information Previously Shared With an Insurance Partner

If your information was already provided to a licensed insurance agent or agency before we received your request, we may notify that partner of the request when appropriate.

The partner may maintain separate records required for insurance, licensing, compliance, or legal purposes. You may need to contact that partner directly regarding information independently maintained by the partner.
